Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours from our central warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number (Bluedart, Delhivery, or India Post). You can also track your live shipment under the Need Help With an Order? section above or in your My Orders page.

You can cancel an order as long as it is still in the Processing stage. Go to My Orders, locate your order, and click "Cancel Order". If your package has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return upon arrival.

Kiwistronics provides a 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect components. To request a replacement, select the order in the Recent Orders section above and click Return / Refund, or submit a support ticket with a photo of the received item.

Once a return is verified or an order cancellation is approved, prepaid refunds are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your bank, the amount reflects in your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 3–5 business days.

If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, the bank automatically reconciles and reverses the amount within 24–48 hours. If the amount is not credited after 48 hours, please share your UPI Reference / Bank UTR number via the Support Ticket form below so our finance team can assist you.

Please take a clear photo or unboxing video of the damaged item and packaging, then select [ Damaged ] under your recent order above or attach the picture in our Support Ticket form. We will arrange a free immediate replacement.

If an item in your parcel differs from what you ordered, select [ Wrong Item ] in your order card and upload a photo of the received item label. We will immediately dispatch the correct product at zero additional cost.

All parcels are weighed and logged before dispatch. If an item is missing, select [ Missing Item ] in the order section above. Our dispatch team will verify against packing logs and ship the missing item promptly.

Development boards, drone kits, and programmable ICs are backed by standard manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Select Warranty Request in the ticket form below along with your Order ID and issue details.

Most board detection issues are resolved by:

1. USB Cable: Ensure you are using a Data + Power USB cable, not a power-only charging cable.
2. USB Driver: Boards using CH340 or CP2102 USB-to-UART bridges require installing drivers. Download the official installer from our Developer Resources page.
3. COM Port: Check Device Manager (Windows) or ls /dev/tty* (macOS/Linux) to ensure port assignment.

Use the Will These Products Work Together? tool in the Technical Support section above. As a rule of thumb: ESP32 and Raspberry Pi GPIOs are 3.3V logic and require a logic level converter or voltage divider when connected to 5V output sensors (like HC-SR04).
